Original Web Series

Kelly is in discussions with artist and creative visionary Gary Schlappal regarding the creation of her own web series.

Schlappal, a former ceramic arts professor, has worked with Moran since 1980—when she attended Frostburg State University and his classes. Schlappal pitched the idea of a comedic show based around Moran’s real-life antics. The concept is a modern day I Love Lucy. Moran, who has a knack for getting into trouble as a matter of daily course, will star.

The show will follow Moran on her travels to London for the opening gala of the Chelsea Flower Show. She'll have a run-in with the Royals, travel to Paris to try a French baking class, as well as follow Kelly trying her hand at carpentry and upholstery in her son’s new townhouse.

The show will document Moran as a middle-aged woman trying to break into show business—highlighting Kelly's love of film and her attempts at auditions, workshops and dealing with sleazy headshot photographers!

The show will be shot in New York and Washington D.C., as well as parts of Europe.
